Ingredients

  • 3-4 carrots
  • 100g butter
  • Half glass raisins
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Slice the carrots and put them into a saucepan with the butter and one glass of water. Boil until the carrots are soft. Add the raisins and the sugar. The tsimus is ready when all the water has boiled off.
